Increase your control
We suggest exercising on the Golf Fit Swing Master™ 3-5 times per week and for 10-20 minutes each session.
As with any new exercise regiment, start gradually and work up as you become comfortable and accustomed to the various exercises you can perform on the Golf Fit Swing Master™ .
For every set of five to ten repetitions in one direction, switch arm positions and execute the same number in the opposite direction to get a balanced workout and derive the full benefit from this equipment.
